Yup, they are a complete kit. I read some bad things but when I got them they looked very good ........ they did not have the flaws I read about ...... though just for precaution I gave them a good 'once over' ...... ie I took them apart, removed any cast flashing, blew out all the orifices and inspected the small components ......... something I would have done to 'any' carb I bought .................. they checked out fine ....... I set the float levels ...... put them back in the bag ........... until they go on my fresh big valve 2056cc ..... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/shades.gif)
