I have been thinking about using a 911 center console from an SC or 80s Carrera for my 914. Make a plate to cover the storage bin for the gauges.

I am pretty sure there is something like a 2" gap between the top of the console and the bottom of the dash in an SC or Carrera.
That is where I had an aftermarket AC vent plumbed off the front bulkhead AC outlet...I had one of those in my '84 and '87 Carreras... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Attached thumbnail(s) |
