That video is actually quite good, IMHO. Perhaps some slight variations to suit your driving preferences and the type of car. As SirAndy opined, there are a couple of different lines through the bowl, and I prefer his (description) over that in the video. Carrying a slightly higher line through the last 1/3 of that turn will be faster. I would also exit the skid pad turn slightly later than in the video to get a good run on the straight.
