The weekend of Oct 1-2 I will be hosting a get together of both Porsche and non- Porcshe cars at my shop. By non Porsche I am talking hot rodz. There is a potential for a burnout contest, possibility of music by the Dr. and I etc. I will provide food, you provide your own booze. This will most likely be a child friendly event except for some language. I will plan to have my parents neighbor ( a competition BBQ 'er) on hand with the meat, and I will cover sides and desserts ) run what ya brung. Porsche or otherwise ( ken and steve (IMG:style_emoticons/default/poke.gif) )
Please post here if you plan to attend, so I can figure on how much flesh to buy (IMG:style_emoticons/default/chowtime.gif) |

I know I sound like a broken record when it comes to East Coast Events, but there's a pretty good chance I will make this. Likely coming down for the day on Saturday, with my 4-yr-old... in the 914.
It's currently getting a valve adjustment, new pushrod tube seals, and some other minor work. Plus its first Brad Penn oil change. Should be ready to go. Anybody else coming from the north want to caravan down Saturday morning? |
