I'm looking for the best newbie, super clear rebuild book for a 914 '76 2.0.
I only expect to have to remove the heads & cylinders, but want to do it right, and won't have a ton of time to do it. Any best guides would be really great! Thanks BTW, I did find a find nice visual called "Van's Porsche 914 rebuild" here: www.ephotomotion.com/914engine/ |

If you in such a tight pinch for time why don't you try to pick up a running motor? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) I'll bet you could find one pretty cheap. Either that or pick up a core and rebuild that so you can just swap it out.
