thanks for acking, dino. this saturday is my day (no doubt all day) to figure out what in the world to do about brakes. do you have any special knowledge? davep out east has offered, very generously, his vast experience (he mentioned 20 years!), but, alas, i think i will need something closer to home. i can imagine draining brake lines, bleeding air from them, and all that. trying to imagine doing it by myself in a meagerly equiped garage, however, is a bit fuzzy. it may be as simple as a frozen e-brake line going to that caliper. or it could be buggered piston on that side. not to mention several other options, many of which i have never heard. sigh.
