Ok, I'm stumped. Changed the fuel lines in the tunnel with steel brake lines, new high pressure rubber lines everywehre else. Car wouldn't start. switched the two hoses in engine bay. Car runs, but has very high fuel pressure. adjustment at regulator makes no difference. Switched with known good regulator. no difference. What the heck did I do wrong?

Thanks in advance. 75 2.0 djet

The return line could be plugged. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) Just a guess, though.
