That was the most horrific crash i have seen in some time. And these are supposed to be cars engineered for some protection. At Rennsport, i was having my first close look of a Le Mans era 917, and I had two voices in my head, one saying, "God, i want seat time in this thing", and the other saying, "This is a death trap".
Big balls required to drive at the peak of your series, regardless. |
