I just built a 2270 with SDS EFI and it won’t start. If anyone in the Marietta/Kennesaw GA area would like to help trouble shoot let me know. My head is hurting from going over and over this think to see why.
P.S. I’ll buy you “drinks”… PM me if you can help. |

I've got power (confirmed 12v) at the injectors. I pulled the injector number 3 (easy to get to) and put it in a jar. Nothing.
I will try unplugging all the injectors and testing each one in a jar. |

I will try unplugging all the injectors and testing each one in a jar. unplug them ( the electrical plug ) one at a time and try to start. If one injector is bad, it shuts down the firing to all of them. unplug that bad one and the rest get a signal. It is an internal short within the injector itself, so voltage will still show up to the plug. It's like a string of christmas tree lights when one bulb burns out and it kills the whole string. I'm betting you have a bad injector. Possible it is more than one whcih could make diagnosing a real PITA |

Grab a noid light and use it to check the injector signal. |
