It looks like anyone participating on Saturday ONLY and NOT spending the night by the track is going to have to travel down REAL early. Saturday check-in is at 6:30 AM with cars being lined up starting at 7:00.
Below is the schedule from www.themille.com. I'm now registered with my 993 and have Jentz driving my 914. Going to leave super early (4:30'ish) on Saturday AM from the Roswell/GA400 area. PM me if you want to caravan. FRIDAY November 4th 2011 12:00pm Vendor Set up at Atlanta Motor Speedway. Cars For Sale Corral set up, can drop off your cars today. 12:00pm Registration for The Mille Parade, Porsche Concours d’Elegance, Laps on Atlanta Motor Speedway. 12:00pm Set up for Porsche Parts & Literature Swap Meet There will be 24 hour armed security onsite. You are welcome to park and leave your trailers, RVs onsite and overnight. SATURDAY November 5th 2011 6:30am Gates Open for Final Vendor set up and arrangements on Vendor Row. 6:30am Final Registration for The Mille Parade, Porsche Concours d’Elegance & Laps on Atlanta Motor Speedway. Registration lanes open at 7:00am, if you have Pre-Registered, there will be a separate table for you to get your goodie bag! 7:00am – 9:30am Parade Cars Take Position & preparations in the Earnhardt parking lot 9:00am Porsche Parts & Literature Swap Meet begins in Vendor Row. 9:00am Drivers Meeting at for Mille 2011 World Record Attempt Parade 10:00am to 10:15am Parade Begins from AMS and ends at AMS by 11:30am. |
