I thought I remembered seeing a link at another msg board, about tire size + offset fitments on stock fenders. I'm thinking 15x7's, with +23mm offset and 205/50/15's? what about 225's? Wonder if they will fit. I am hoping I win some old BBS's that are 15x7's on ebay, and want to see what size tires I can find for them. thanks!

The rims that Revolution sell are 15x7 and 17x7 with a 35mm offset....I've seen a set of thier 15x7's with 205/50/15's with no fender mods on an early car.
I had 16x7 phonedials with the 23mm offset and 205/50/16's. I had to pull the fenders out a bit to get them to fit properly.....the average person couldn't tell that the fenders had been "tweaked" Each car is different......I like the mods Timo !!!! I'm waiting for someone to run 8's or 9' s under stock fenders.... I think the trailing arm can be safely notched and stregthened to make this happen. Of course the inside trunk wall will have to be massaged as well, but hey, why be normal (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smash.gif) Mike Mueller |
