My insurance company has 3 descriptions for a 914 on their web site: Convertible, Roadster and 2 door.
What's the proper description? Insurance costs are highest to lowest (Convert, Roadster & 2 door) |

Be honest, it is a two door. Of the three options, a two door insures for less, and face it, it is not a convertible (no soft top), and its not a roadster, as roadsters as everyone knows are open cars with no rear window. Thus the two door discription is the most honset one, and the one that will save you on your premiums.
Do not give the insurance any reason to up your rates. dave |
