I was wondering if the 2-arm engine stand #1 fits a type IV case and #2 will it support a long block with the exhaust?

I know the 4-arm would even some of the force out along the bell housing flange but I noticed in Jake's engine rebuild video he is using a 2-rm stand.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) They work w/ some flexing. For the guy that rebuilds occasionally, it's fine.
