Thanks.
Bar is likely 21MM. Torsion unknown. No rear bar, I have LSD (no slipping with a full tank of gas). Tires are shot but fill out the fenders. I can run any tires.. any recommendation? I just remember how important the setup was in my last AX car. I want to dial it in and forget about it. I think Grant had the car dialed in for the track, but I really can't tell you how set up it is at present for AXing. I'm not used to 200+ hp and no weight, but IMHO the car should be lower, lesser springs in back, corner balanced, and some toe in. I started getting a feel for where I could lean on the rails, but heating the tires took too long, and my braking was terrible. Just not used to going that fast that fast. Is Custom Alignment still doing good work? Tony C? |
