I've been doing these emblems as time allows, after work, on my own machine at home.
With the world site having gone down, other f***ed up variables in life getting in the way, and getting a job that has a 3 hour commute one way, I've been contemplating getting out of doing emblems and safety bolts. My reputation is worth more than a couple of emblems here and there, especially when I have more going on in life that is really pulling my attention and financial resources away from being able to do these right now. I've got a couple of emblems left to do to get caught up, but I"m pretty much getting bored with them. Do I sell my setup? Just call it quits? Put a time limit on orders and make one last super run of emblems this week for those that want them, and then quit? |

3 hours each way!!!? how do you find time for anything? k No kidding. I'm about to go back to a 1 hour commute after 7 months of unemployment and contract work. Much as I prefer steady pay and insurance, I'm dreading the driving. Back burner your operation. If you take the other suggestion about letting someone work with you, well, that's your call. But just take your time with it, take 6 months off, or a year or whatever. Do it when you *want* to. Be up front about that and most folks will give you all the slack you need. |
