Good afternoon everyone,
Has anyone added a door to thier hood to provide access to the gas cap? I believe that Porsche origionally intended for our cars to have access but dropped the idea most likely to save costs. Here is what someone did ![]() ![]() Thanks DAvid |

pjhaun, Do you have any other photos? Where did you get the door from? Thanks DAvid David, I bought on ebay. It is aluminum with a lock door. It is the smallest one I could find, but big enough to get my hand in the door to undo the gas cap. The outside diameter is 6 1/2". The door outside diameter is 4 1/2". I had it powder coated Chormx.
