Anyone here have the resources/means to do it? Anyone have a recommendation for a good hauling company that doesn't want 3 paychecks worth to do it?

Trying to get it done between now and beginning of December when I move back to WA from Fort Riley. Car doesn't run, but she rolls, steers, and stops fine. Total distance is about 1800 miles. Any help/input is greatly appreciated!

The only time I would be able to take a U-haul is in December. Not too keen on towing a flat bed over the Rockies in ice and snow with my 914 on the back of it...

Just checked with U-haul and they want more than most of the transport companies anyhow. $1847 just for the rental! Budget and Penske are right there with them.

Not selling the Ford Mike. This one isn't a bad car, and gets better mileage than some newer cars these days(23city/28hwy)! Cruisin that home with dad in Dec. will be far cheaper than a rental.

Rob, I'll look into that link. Thank you.
