So I have some nice looking floor mats. They sit on top of my carpeting. Only one small problem; after a while of driving they begin to bunch up on the accelerator pedal and keep my idle up. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mad.gif) (See first / top pic)
I keep having to reach down under the front of my seat and pull them back. They have grommets for keepers but they don't line up with the stock pegs. (See middle pic) I was hoping to utilize the stock pegs. I have seen aftermarket generic clips (see Last / bottom pic). I was hoping to utilize the stock pegs... I was hoping that someone else has solved this problem and could make recommendations so as to avoid a trial and error experience for myself. Thanks in advance for the assistance. Someone here sewed or glued a yoga mat (they come in all colors) onto the back of that carpet section to reduce noise and give it some structure. Looked like a simple and functional option.
