here is an ultra cheap way to flare fenders..
Perfect for the serious csob..

That looks like an in progress pic, cuz the next step is to weld in sheet metal triangles to fill the gaps, then smooth & finish it. It's been used since at least the 1950's.

I actually results in a nice clean flare job, if done properly.
