I'm looking to buy a one-year-only CHTS for the 1973 2.0L application.
VW P/N 022 906 041 A Bosch P/N 0280 130 017 I prefer new. Let me know what you have. Thanks PS, I just tore the rubber gromet the fits around the wire and the engine tin. Any lead on where to buy a replacement would be appreciated. |

One chance in hell you will find a new one. The 012 will work. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) However, you can get the "012" HTS and simply ad a 270 ohm 1/4 or 1/2 watt resistor in series with it..........Just know this, though, The minimum resistance to the "brain will always be 270 ohms regardless of the resistance offered by the original HTS. This "should not present a problem though, as the enrichment circuit looks at anything below 300 ohms to be a fully warmed engine. |
