Hey wizards ....need some help
Getting ready to make some changes and want to be sure I got this right 914/01 ----7501322 gearbox numbers seems that may be original box (albiet converted to ss) Had one built to replace but went oops Thanks Terry |

well, that's easy:
914043xxxx = modely year 1970 750yyyy = modely year 1970 both, VIN and tranny# are not influenced by the country of delivery (as the engine number is!) so, if the running numbers xxxx and yyyy are so close like yours (1306 - 1322), it's very likely that they're originally matching but of course, that's no proof (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif) Gustl |
