Well she is getting close.
I checked the gear oil after sitting for 25 years and it is real low. I wanted to change it while it was warm but am afraid there is not enough if I get to drive this sucker. Saw some SAE 80 at walleyworld and was wondering if folks use it? Also what is wrong with 30SAE Casteroil or Vavoline 30SAE? for the engine? Owners manual says SAE30 for engine and SAE transmission oil MIL-L-2105B or MIL-L205 SAE 90 for gearbox. Maybe fill it up with Wallworld SAE80 and then heat it up and change it to what the forum recommends? ???? |

If you don't want to mess with having it shipped, Zim's in Bedford has Brad Penn.
