These are new, and drilled for safety wire. The beauty is that you don't have to replace all the bolts, so if you want piece of mind that your CV joints will not come off, you can safety wire the bolts on. This will make it much easier.

are there bolts avail in the same size, pitch, and strength that would work with #2 or 3 square drive bits? bits are cheap, the correct tool not so much and once they spin they're doomed.
