Ok, here is top secret project I had Mikey914 working on for me. New NLA headlight bushings and washers. You will need your choice of lubricant (and patience to get to this point!) to install them.
Here are the p/n's for your reference: NLA 914.750.189.10, 914.750.191.10 and the unknown p/n bushing only available on new headlight assemblies. These will be sold in set of 16 pieces. You will get (2) different thicknesses of washers because it was found in the prototyping that the pivots are worn down different and have different gaps or "slop" in the assembly. They will be around $10.99 a set in the group buy. 3 or more sets will be around $9.00 a set in the group buy. Regular price for these NLA pieces will be $20.00 a set. Mostly everything is done. These will ship in a box for USPS priority for $6 ish or USPS first class in an envelope for less $2 ish. Option 2 & 3 will ship in box for $6ish with the bushings. Also, there are some "on-top" options. OPTION 1) E-clips for the bushing set BLACK $0.20 | SS $0.50 OPTION 2) Partial hardware install kit Socket REPLICA $10.00 | SS $10.00 OPTION 3) Partial hardware install kit Hex head REPLICA $10.00 | SS $10.00 OPTION 4) Partial hardware install kit #2 (pointy screws, teeny tiny machine screws & speed nuts) SS $16.00 Sign up here if you are interested and please indicate if you want any of the options. And yes, I can ship multiple sets in one box. When I have these ready for finishing I'll forward the payment info to people who signed up. Thanks to all !! ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Option #3) Includes everything BUT the pointy screws, teeny tiny machine screws, the speed nuts & the headlight stop screw. (applies for #2 as well) I hope this answers your questions. Would people like an Option #4 including all the pointy screws & machine screws and the speed nuts? What would you rather have stainless steel or zinc plating? |
