The car then sat indoors for almost 20 years. Bench tests fine until I go to the ground (D ) to B. I get and overload there, I assume there is a blown capacitorma-jiggy ??? Not true, Not all are "potted" I have two from about 20 years ago (still working) for my 911. Ones Blue and ones silver, neither one is "potted" With some basic testing tools they should be repairable
