North Hollywood Speedometer also makes a different style combo gauge that will work with a 6-conversion. They take an old 911 turbo tach and replace the boost gauge with a fuel gauge. The stock 911 oil temperature and pressure combo gauge is retained on the left of the tach in the dash. I think it looks "clean" while the triple cluster gauge looks "busy." I have one in my 914-6 conversion car, but I don't have a digital camera for pics (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) .
I believe the cost of the Palo Alto triple tluster gauge and the North Hollywood Speedometer tach and fuel combo gauge are about the same. I thought there were pics of the gauge on North Hollywood's web site, but it seems to be down at the moment (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) ? |
