I can't seem to find good jack stands at least the top. What do you consider the best jack stands for a 914?

The best 914 jackstands are ones that can be removed from under a 914. There are some which once your 914 is put up on them they get stuck almost like welded under your 914. It's like you can't get them out from under there. Strange really...... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)
