No conversion for me. Life is short so I just picked up WRX STI and needed factory license holders ( euro and Japanese) version. For domestic, they simply use a sheet metal screw into the bumper -(IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif). .....not on my new Subi -(IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
