I saw a pst the other day with a link to a Type 3 site. A friend of mine is bringing home a 68 1/2 Fastback w/ FI and an automatic. Any info on these cars would be appriciated.

Since this car has Djet - CHANGE ALL THE RUBBER FUEL LINES! Just like the 914's with FI the fuel lines are carrying 29lbs of pressure soooo if they crack they spray gas all over the hot engine and catch fire!

Use the good fuel line too for high pressure FI as the VW carb line in too weak.
