Starting my restoration on my 914 im 18 and need a little help if anyone has any advice plz reply thabks

you should try to keep it fuel injected if you have all the parts or most of the parts because the engine has a FI cam in it and you wont get the most out of carbs with stock cam - they say. plus FI is awesome when working well.

you need...
ecu
mps/air flow meter
cold start valve
injectors
fuel pressure regulator
aux air regulator
vaccum lines
and some other parts

don't buy anything till you get it blasted - and at that point post CLEAR pics of all the rust areas that you currently think you don't have. if rust is not bad, move forward, if it is, find a better tub.
