so I pulled the exhaust to work on the leak the other day and noticed that all 4 exhaust valves were ghost white, but when you put your finger on them you could rub the white of very easily. So this means i'm running lean right? I recently timed it and i'm pretty sure I did it right, but who knows. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) .

Our Subaru has a high mileage turbo, and it leaks oil into the intake. The plugs get a white ash buildup on them... How long does it take you to go through a quart of oil?
