Didn't expect to find rust when I pulled the engine on our '73 teener to replace with new 2165. Four years of daily driver use & I honestly thought it was rust free. Well, it's not... must be time to (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smash.gif)
Unfortunately, I don't weld. I'll need to have it towed somewhere for repair. In the meantime, I needed wheels, so I bought this '88 Mazda RX7 Convertible. Anybody have experience with these cars that you could share??? Good points/Bad points? At least it's a convertible... (but,I still miss drivin' my teener) Thanks, Gary Attached image(s) ![]() |

I tried really hard to buy another teener to keep me happy while our teener gets "re-born" but all I could find were "parts cars" & too much money 914's.
So I told my self, you have a teener. Drive the RX7 'til my baby is back on the road. My baby: Attached image(s) ![]() |
