This may seem like a dumb question. Do the 914-4 engines use a dry sump oil system? I am looking at getting a nice breather bottle but i don't know if the one on summit racing is what i need because is say's it is for a dry sump system. so can any one let me know please.

So, would you remove the hose from the "elbow", that comes from the PCV, and stick it in the bottle? Would this be a way to keep the phlenum cleaner?
