Here is a link to a short video I filmed today, the quality is poor, and it's sideways
but you can hear the engine and get an idea of what it's like on boost. When Karl gets here next week I will have him film some good gear shifting action shots for all of you. http://homepage.mac.com/davidchapman1/iMov...eTheater10.html |

I have a brace between the shock towers in the back as you can see and a camber truss in the front, they came with the car when I bought it, along with a lot of other reinforcing.(The car was set up for Willow Springs)
I am using a 901 with Quaife lsd and short gears (M,S,Z) a Kennedy stage 2 clutch and pressure plate which will slip a little when I am running through the gears WOT. I plan on upgrading to a stage 3 like the v8 guys use. I am still wrestling with a turbo oil scavenge problem using a Tilton oil pump that is unable to keep up with the flow from the turbo but have sourced out a 930 cam driven scavenge pump that should, if I am unable to restrict the flow enough for the Tilton to scavenge properly. The 959 paintings were a few I did as samples while doing commercial artwork for National car rental. Prints are available. Attached image(s) ![]() |
