Let me.. let you in on a little secrect (if you havent already figured this out on your own)
Cars with fiberglass anything on them (street cars) have been wrecked at one point or another. I find very few cars with Fiberglass bumpers or GT flares that havent been involved with a accident. Spending time around the body shop teaches you a whole bunch. I'll take a stab at why this car has glass bumper (for fun) Car was hit good. Collected insurance money, new chrome bumpers cost 600$ apiece. Estimate was written. Owner used money to have the complete car repainted and 916 bumpers put on it. We see it a lot around here. Not saying the cars isnt worth it.. just be careful. B |
