My 70 six was equipped with the optional chrome 15" steel wheels. The spare was not chrome.

My 70 six was equipped with the optional chrome 15" steel wheels. The spare was not chrome. Interesting...Does the spare date match? What does the COA say? I have not seen a 914/6 with a different finish spare. Worth checking into. H I am guessing the dealer took the chrome spare from four cars to upgrade one for a quick profit. I hear Porsche dealers did things like this back then. Date stamp matches. |
