Trying to sync the carbs, on the left side both throats have the same flow at idle but on the right side carb the front throat is higher then the back. How do I adjust so both front and back have the same air flow?

The air bleed screw. It's the one with the lock nut next to the idle mixture screw (I'm assuming IDF carbs).
