Getting frustrated searching for 16x8 911 offset Fuchs. I love the look but can't justify the 2K to have them in my hands in the next few days. I have a WTB thread here and on Pelican. Hopefully, someone has a decent set they want to part with for a reasonable price.
I see a bunch of 15's out there. Do they still even make tires to fit the 15x7 & 8's? Until then, let's see what you have. I do like Superlites, unfortunately they don't make them in 16x8's. |

Anyone with 16x9 real Fuchs fitted ? .... obviously on rear with GT flares.
If so what size tires ? any spacers ? any real clearance measurements ? rolled back or trimmed fender flanges ? |

EDIT: My apologies for the lapse of attention - this post I'm replying to is over two years old! So this is a hijack, albeit an unintentional one. Read on, interested parties; all others ignore this. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif) Yes, I have 16x9 real Fuchs on the rear of my car, under GT flares. Tires are 245/45 Potenzas. I had to go with Kumho for the front 16x7s but they are comparable tread wear rating so there hasn't been an issue with them… so far. There is too much clearance for the front which is aesthetically displeasing to my eye, so I plan to put 1" spacers on the fronts. No clearance issues with the rears, but they are close. No real measurements, but I suppose I could try to measure it. Fender flanges are were rolled a bit, I believe. |
