I live in FL and 914 "leatherette" vinyl is HOT and most unforgiving in 90+ degree heat. It's like sitting on a hot griddle when getting into the car. I'd like to find some period-correct seat covers for summer, either OG or replicas, or something that would look period-correct.
PS the wooden beads slide too much and can puncture the vinyl. And suggestions on what to fet and where to get them are most appreciated. Thanks! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif) |

At one time, I purchased some 'service covers' for my seats, and they came in a tan fabric that was cool. When I reupholstered the interior, I had Autos International use a corduroy insert for the seating surface, and that's worked well.
