Was the center console available in '72? I am considering adding one to my car and am wondering how I would wire it in if it was not an option in that year, because the wiring would not already be there.

A 72 does not have the center console wiring. 73-76 only.
That center console is available already built from a couple sources, far easier than custom building it. |
