1975 1.8 EC L-Jet motor. What pieces of tin am I missing from the front of this engine?
And does anyone know where I can source them? ![]() ![]() ![]() Second question is about this piece on the wire to the CHT sensor. Is it simply a connector, or is it a resistor of some kind. It has a VW logo on it and the number 440, and a 12 inside the recessed circle. ![]() ![]() |

Thanks Bruce and DD and the others who have replied to my post. If Bruce has both pieces, I'd be interested in buying them, and if not, I would be interested in buying the one piece DD has. I thought I was probably kissing two pieces of tin up front.
