I have the delrin rollers; is their a trick to getting access to replace them ? Looks very tight.

Sounds like it's crooked.
Rear touches nothing...so it could either be the tall front channel, or the whole window mechanism needs to be loosened from the inner door panel and twisted slighty clockwise ( looking from the inside at the passenger door) to release the tension from the upper part.

Look at how it touches your roof, is it coming in level?
