All that contraption will do is speed up airflow ever so slightly over part of the cooler, the inlet still needs airflow. I see its intended purpose is to be hidden under the car, tucked up against a frame rail or something. It seems like it was designed to make a poorly located oil cooler function slightly better, as opposed to mounting it in a place that would make it actually work efficiently. A cooler with a scoop, wonder what that will cost.
