the dmv fees could be killer, depending on how out of registration this one is. back fees not a problem - as a salvage title, it starts the day you go to DMV to register it and as a '75 it is CA smog exempt main question "is body is rusty" ? - if a orig'l CA car, likely not bad - but lots of imports from rustbelt states are a disaster i have a COPART membership - but not a licensed dealer - so i'd get a salvage bill of sale, meaning i'd have to do an "application for original registration" on this '75, and have it Brake & Lamp inspected - (has to be drivable to get that done) . |
