the charger should not be "restored" it is way more valuable as it is, a survivor!
if the intent is to get it back on the road, then just service what needs to be done to make it safe to drive. a car like that will get more attention in its current state than if it was "restored". it is only original just once! |

It was a dealer demo with an 8 3/4 rear, auto trans, power windows and special ordered paint making it one of one. Ya, Id leave it alone. |
