My brother just snapped these pictures of a couple of cars in Arizona that are for sale. Are they owned by 914 World member?

More info needed. What motors? Kind of looks like the black car has megaphones or some strange dual exhaust. Some water cooled conversion? Might just have to try the number to find out (IMG:style_emoticons/default/idea.gif) .Is that 662 or 602 area code?
