Does anyone make repro seat foam ?
Or is it a matter of just finding a good set to work with or an alternative seats >? |

There should be a little more contour at the 1st seam. you can see it in the original part. But it soon became apparent why this didn't work. There is a tab that gets pulled down here. The foam shape is ok, but you will need to do as factory did and loop a thread through and pull this down to make the contour. We installed a pull flap in the parts we are making so you can do this.
Also looking at making replacement boards. Pretty simple to do may just leave it up to the end user. It looks the the tuck at the 1st seam was contoured into the OEM piece that we showed, over time. We elected to sew the top layer of foam into the covers we are providing. Attached thumbnail(s) |
