I forgot how the harness connects.

From the relay panel the harness has a eyelet to the coil. Is that to the positive or negative?

The opposite side of the coil has an eyelet to ground connection is that correct?

There is an eye connection next to the chain cover on the right side of the engine
is this correct? It harness then connects to the cdi unit.

Thanks.

It's been a while since I did one but I'm pretty sure this is how it goes.
The terminal by the chain housing that comes from ignition box goes to ground.
This will be a stainless braided wire. Take off a nut or bolt at the housing and mount it. The brown wire along with the stainless brained wire by the coil mounts to the negative side then to the base of the coil/fan housing. The positive side of the coil should have two wires one from the ignition box and the other from the wire harness to relay board.
