What's involved with adding foglights?, How difficult to add to '73 that came without them? Options

My '73 2.0 did not have foglights installed when built. How big of a job is it to add them? What's needed? I saw a set of aftermarket lights on ebay that comes with the switch, relay, lights,etc. I have read that the wiring is already there, is that true? I like the look of them and would like to make that part of my spring update plan.

Double the power, I'd call it an upgrade, but that's just my personal opinion.

You can get them from a FLAPS and make your own brackets or they are $80 with SS brackets here:

I think that what the good Cap'n is alluding to is that lights mounted in the fog light location should be fog lights, not driving lights, which should be mounted higher. I am not an expert on the subject, so I will give a link with the explanation.
