It is missing stub pipes, European Racing. Honda also made a header, not sure if it used stubs or not, looks very close to your design.
European racing header Sub par to the Tangerine, but better than a Kerry Hunter The picture is of a Hondo Header, I forgot they don't have stubs. Same general design though if you notice the muffler and hanger. Attached image(s)
